点评：Extremely disappointing experience at Oulton Hall Hotel & Spa.
I attended for a spa day on Saturday and, despite sending a detailed formal complaint immediately afterwards, it is now Tuesday and I still have not received any response whatsoever from management. After calling today, I was told only one person deals with complaints and that reception would email him to contact me; still nothing.
Unfortunately, the experience itself was equally poor from start to finish.
The spa was overcrowded with every lounger occupied, the pool was cold, and the hot tub was barely warm. The whole atmosphere felt chaotic rather than relaxing.
Lunch was unacceptable. After waiting a very long time, our soup arrived stone cold twice. Even the chef admitted it was cold after checking it himself. Our side dishes also arrived cold and most of the food was left untouched because it simply wasn’t edible. Despite spending around 1.5 hours in the restaurant dealing with delays and problems, nobody properly resolved the situation.
What made it worse was discovering afterwards that many online reviews describe the exact same issues cold facilities, overcrowding, poor food, long waits, and disappointing service. This clearly does not appear to be an isolated incident.
The booking process beforehand was also frustrating, with unanswered calls and constant chasing required just to arrange the visit.
Overall, this was nowhere near the premium spa experience advertised and certainly not worth the money paid. The complete lack of response to a serious complaint has only reinforced the poor impression left by the entire experience.

总而言之，这与广告宣传的高端水疗体验相去甚远，绝对不值这个价钱。对严肃投诉的完全无视更加深了整个体验带来的糟糕印象。
非常失望，我不会推荐这家店。
