Uncomfortable seats, broken equipment but still charging full price instead of fixing. Will not patronise again, really bad expe

点评：It was apparently a novelty with the recliner and cooked food during a movie.
However, our experience was very very far from pleasant.
Let's start with the recliner, it only raises your legs and because the head doesn't recline, hubby and I ended up hunched in the chair and at the end of the movie ended up with a crook neck worst then an airline seat.
I ended up sitting diagonally, so I was able to stretch my neck.
I could have easily put the legs down but it wouldn't have changed the head rest position. In fact, we put our legs up to try and improve our seating position but it didn't.
Next, the light on my chair didn't work and coz we ordered food, we were supposed to leave the light on.
So, thankfully my hubby's light was working, so we turned that on.
When the staff brought our food, I mentioned that my light didn't work and was detached from the chair.
His reply, "oh some of the stuff here are broken".
Also, the cinema was dark so I had to borrow my husband's light to eat my fried chicken.
If I had gone alone, I wouldn't have a light to put on.
Food was ok.
Movie was Anaconda.
Overall experience, not somewhere we want to go back to in a hurry plus it was over $20 for a ticket each which wasn't worth the discomfort.
My friend recommended the cheese platter and wine but when I asked for it, the chef said not available that day....very disappointing overall experience.
Won't be recommending at all as I don't want my friends to be uncomfortable in the seat like we were.
My friend also mentioned that the cinema did look a bit worn and tired.
An upgrade or revamp of the place would be good rather than tell customers, this doesn't work and leave a bad taste after the first experience.

而且，影院很暗，我不得不借我老公的灯才能吃炸鸡。
如果我一个人去，就没法开灯了。
食物还可以。
电影是《狂蟒之灾》。
总的来说，我们不想再去第二次，而且每张票要20多美元，这种不舒服的体验实在不值得。
我的朋友推荐了奶酪拼盘和葡萄酒，但我问的时候，厨师说那天没有……整体体验非常令人失望。
我绝对不会推荐这家影院，因为我不想让我的朋友像我们一样坐在不舒服的座位上。
我的朋友还提到，这家影院看起来有点破旧。
与其告诉顾客这种糟糕的体验，不如升级或翻新一下，这样会让顾客留下不好的印象。
然而，我们的体验却远谈不上愉快。
