I text a email to management once or twice a week also clients are supposed to bring a towel in the sauna to sit on sign on door stating that so your not sitting in there sweat some do not I tell management to tell life guards who are paid $42 ahour who can see who enters doesn't happen doesn't matter how many times I tell them they should train there staff there's water on the ground in the lift walk ways instead of mopping it up they just put a sign up the auto doors to hydro pool are always broken the door to stem sauna does not close properly like the dry sauna I complain nothing gets done the take out your payments every 2weeks on time they get that right you can't tell me they aren't making money the place is always packed try find a car park also certain women members on Saturday &Sunday at 8.00am opening at members entrance there a que to get in they push in every week to get a ticket for yoga classes I could go on all day management get your act together before some one is injured do your job listen to complaints
