Cucina Giuseppina - Italian Cooking Family的点评
点评：My family attending Cucina Giuseppina's cooking class yesterday and it was fantastic. The class is well organized and fun, but most of all you learn to cook delicious foods. It is hands on but the groups are small (ours was 8 people) so there is lots of 1 on 1 instruction from Giuseppina and Antonella.
This was my wife and my second time attending a class year. The first time was in September of 2022 and it was a great experience then. We still make the tiramisu recipe we learned in that class to this day. Luckily we cooked some different things in this class as the menu varies by season and availability of fresh ingredients. In fact, Giuseppina is so lovely she told me if I ever come back again to email her and we can set the menu together to ensure we do different things.
The venue is beautiful, Giuseppina and Antonella are lovely and this is just a really great thing to do with any size group. Highly recommend and will likely do it again if I find myself in the area.
