Sarvaguna Yoga-Meditation School的点评
点评：It was a hard decision picking my first YTT course especially picking one in India because there are SO many options, I finally landed on Sarvaguna in Goa. I was very happy with my decision :) if you are looking for an authentic YTT course that focuses on the core principles of what it means to be “practicing” yoga then this is it.
It’s a simple and small school on the beautiful Agonda Beach in South Goa (which is now one of my favourite places) that has amazing teachers (mine were Shubu and Amar, both had very different styles of teaching but both effective) and our main teacher Dr.Keshava who taught us meditation and philosophy. Dr.Keshava is at the core of everything in the school, he gave me a new light and blew my mind on what the actual word “yoga” means. I wish I could take his philosophy classes over and over again because they never got boring and everyday I learned so much from him. The food served at the school was also healthy and delicious and they always made sure you had enough to eat. The accommodations were basic, simple and comfortable. If you are on the fence about which school to take and you have come across this one don’t hesitate book it, you will not be disappointed.
I am very grateful for getting the chance to learn from all the amazing teachers at Sarvaguna and I will cherish it for the rest of my life. Coming to this school and taking the YTT has sparked a new light in me that I didn’t know needed to be lit and I am forever grateful for all the beautiful connections I made with the other students there in our month together.
