点评:I came here in Weds 31/1. It was via but a gift voucher, which was a Xmas pressie. I arrived at about 10.30 in the morning. I had treatments booked for 11.15. The woman in reception told me there was a wrist band locker that I needed to pay £2 deposit for and it would be refunded when I returned my wrist band .
After a few hours when I left, I handed my wrist band to another woman in reception. She couldn't find me in the system, asked me what time I arrived, was I part of a group. She still couldn't find me on the system, said I must have been marked as left and the money refunded. I stated that I can't be refunded as I still had the wrist band. I was assured that as I wasn't in the system it's all ok . I then went into my car and checked my bank statement, it showed the transaction as pending. I went back to reception, and I was told it's like when you hook a table and they ask for a c card to hold the booking . Ok I thought, i would wait. On 2 February u checked my bank and the money had gone through as a debit. I rang through to reception , the woman asked what time I arrived /left. I was then told they would try to find it over the weekend, if not the manager would call back in Monday. Monday afternoon, ni phone call so I rang. The manager is sick, a message has been left to call you. Weds I call again, manager off sick.
I can't believe there is no relief/deputy manager while a manager is off sick. It's now 2 weeks and no one has got back to me.
I know it sounds trivial over £2 but it's the principal. I enjoyed my time at the spa, everything was perfect . Except for this matter. A huge well known multi million pound organisation and they cannot return my £2 which they have in fact stolen. Not my problem they couldn't find me in their system !!!!

我知道这2英镑听起来微不足道,但这关乎原则。我在水疗中心度过了愉快的时光,一切都很完美。除了这件事。这是一个规模庞大、声名显赫的机构,他们竟然无法归还我被他们偷走的2英镑。那不是我的问题,他们在系统里找不到我!!!
