点评:If only the best is good enough, Jason Parson at Peller Estate Winery Restaurant is your Chef! Years ago we enjoyed Peller's 7-course Tasting menus in the restaurant. After moving to the Niagara region, we have taken advantage of the "Peller at Home" option. Unfortunately it is only available from December through March 😩.
Peller at Home is a 4-course take-out dinner for 2 people including a bottle of paired wine. The food is packaged to ensure that all components stay as fresh as possible without getting soggy (croutons separately packaged from the salad, all hot separated from the cold items, all sauces are separately packaged, etc.). The package also includes detailed preparation and serving advice for each course. We had our fifth (and we thought our last for the season) Peller at Home dinner on March 20th. Each course was an exquisite and unusual creation with beautiful flavour complexity. It was so good that we could not resist ordering the very last menu of the season for March 27. The Concierge service is friendly and efficient (Alex) and in case there are questions, Restaurant Supervisor Adrian is there to help. Highly recommended!
