Desert Falls Water & Adventure Park的点评
点评：Firstly, we were extremely dissatisfied with the ticket pricing. We were charged the full admission price for our youngest child, who is only 105 cm tall and was therefore limited to just three slides within the children’s area. It does not seem reasonable to charge the same price when access to attractions is so heavily restricted based on height.
Additionally, we were not informed at the time of booking that approximately a quarter of the park was closed, including key areas designed specifically for younger children. Had we been made aware of this in advance, we would have reconsidered our visit or chosen an alternative date.
Our experience began poorly upon arrival due to the behavior of the car park attendant, who was unnecessarily rude and interrogated us because we did not have a Qatar phone number. We were asked for passport numbers simply to park our car, yet there was no mention during the booking process that such documentation would be required. Fortunately, we had electronic copies of our passports saved on our phones, otherwise this situation would have been even more stressful.
Furthermore, the water temperature throughout the park was far too cold for comfortable use. The pools and slides were unbearably cold, particularly for our youngest child, meaning we were unable to properly enjoy or make use of most of the facilities.
To make matters worse, there were bird droppings across large areas of the flooring. In some places it was so severe that the children were slipping, which posed an obvious hygiene and safety concern.
We paid 500 QAR and travelled for approximately one hour to visit the park. However, due to the closures, the cold water, and the overall conditions, we were only able to stay for two hours before leaving. This was extremely disappointing and did not represent value for money.
I have already contacted Desert Falls and am awaiting a response.
