点评:Very disappointed as I originally stayed here back in 2024 and it was a brilliant experience. The deposit service fee has gone up extortionately & also isn’t clear when booking. When told the £250 fee after I paid £67 first of all for one night, I said I wanted to cancel but I sensed there was a lack of understanding because they asked what I meant a few times so sensed English wasn’t their first language. It was 10 at night also so trying to cancel this & book another place was hectic as it was. I asked a few times for my money back & it wasn’t understood. Cancel option wasn’t available on booking.com at the time so hense why I was messaging them. Also tried raising a complaint but again not understood. Room was only £67 but still didn’t get my money back nor do I sense they wanted to. It’s been taken over by new management/company since I last stayed so probably why I’ve received awful unprofessional service from the messages from them. I feel like they didn’t understand me & how I was trying to cancel when I asked for my money back so they didn’t properly process this.
