So overcrowded we heard the crowds before getting off the shuttle.

点评：We visited here twice before and loved it. Improvements have been made over the years but still could use more. Supposedly they no longer allow most cars so you have to take a shuttle increasing the numbers of people coming in and the costs. It was shoulder to shoulder in the water in most places. Either less chairs or so many people, we had to put our things on the rocks that were not covered in snow. With the bathrooms so far away and the cold temperatures, you know people don’t get out and go. The largest area where the temp is around 100 was so murky, no one was in. We did not get in. With so many people it just didn’t look fun or sanitarily safe. Other guests were leaving that had arrived earlier and said it was better in the morning. Very disappointing, a beautiful place, but not worth it. With the number of people it is safer and more enjoyable in the hot tub at the condo.
