点评：I am tourist from Russia.
I booked 2 tours from this office: Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh, paid full price in advance.
In the morning nobody came to pick me up for Ha Long. No message, no call. I waited and wrote, but no reply. Office was closed. Because of this I had to rebook all my trips through my hotel.
Later they said it was “guide mistake” and refunded only Ha Long.
For Ninh Binh they refused refund, saying it is “another company” and “everything is booked”.
I was not informed that tours are from different companies. I bought everything from one person, in one office, as one booking.
I got NO money back for Ninh Binh. Only Ha Long was refunded because tour did not happen.
They will try to justify themselves and say everything is solved.
It is not.
Very disappointing experience.
No responsibility, no honesty.
I do NOT recommend booking here.

我强烈不推荐在这里预订行程。
