点评：This was a holiday of two halves. Something in the room gave both of us some kind of respiratory problems that culminated in being unable to ski on the second day. We suspect mould or something similar. The hotel did nothing to accommodate us at this point and the crystal rep was of no use either. We had to move in with some travelling companions and share their room, now four people in a two people room. The hotel still was not concerned enough to accommodate any room change. We were in touch with four different crystal representatives over 3 days before being told we needed a doctor's cert. We obtained one online (crystal approved this method) immediately which verified that there was probably something wrong with the room and we were having a reaction to something that was in the room. We had a meeting with the crystal rep on day 3 of this process. One of the wraps initially dismissed the third until one of his colleagues intervened and accepted that it was valid. At this point we were moved to a resort nearby to another hotel that could fit our entire party of four. Crystal covered the cost of moving us as well as a day trip to a French resort nearby. It was a source of great frustration and disappointment that it took 3 days and multiple attempts to achieve any satisfactory resolution. One ski day was lost as a result for one of our party. It was only as a result of our persistence that we got anywhere, and certainly not because crystal we're trying to solve our problem right away. The ski trip ended on a high for the last couple of days thankfully but the first half was a tremendous letdown. I got the feeling crystal just hoped our problem would go away.
