We had a lovely evening. The felicity's were acceptable and clean. It is just unfortunate that there are no loungers around the pool area. If you are there on a spa package, there is nowhere to sit and read a book or just relax.

Took mum for the muddy experience on Saturday ... We absolutely loved loved it. Amazing facilities, lovely staff and the afternoon tea was just wow. Thank you so much for such a lovely day spent, I feel so relaxed ♥️

Thank you so much for the excellent service from Karina! She was wonderful at rescheduling our massages as spabreaks voucher site had originally put us after hotel checkout/breakfast. Karina swooped in and rescheduled us to our desired times. Thank you Karina! And wonderful massages too.

Lovely spa day in Gerrards Cross. We had an excellent massage and facial from Pawlina and a yummy cream tea in the restaurant. The staff in the restaurant couldn’t do enough for you and were all very attentive and accommodating especially Dhruvi.

The spa staff they were so patient and willing to make it an amazing time for us. We were able to have couple treatments. They were also very attentive. I cannot fault the service, not the facilities; every things was better than expected and was value for money.

Recently came here for a bit of R&R, the staff were very welcoming, especially to Jasmine who made us feel like nothing was too much hassle and wanted to make sure enjoyed our time there. Fantastic value for money and can make a whole day out of it instead for a 3hr gaps which most spas provide. We will definitely return in the future!

My wife had a fantastic massage at the Spa, and as hotel guests myself and my daughter enjoyed the pool facilities greatly.

I am giving them my honest review. I have been with this facilities for 1 year 4 months. They have not done any upgrades since being there apart from the males showers had to be fixed as it had many issues but saying that, the males showers now have mold there, the drain is overflowing the middle shower but they call this improving their facilities when they fix something that Is broken. The whole year of being at the facilities as well, the sauna had rotten wood and splinters which was reported many times by many members but now they have replaced the wood, they are trying to say this is an upgrade to the facilities. The next one is also the Swan necks had to be fixed as 1 of them they won't fix as cost too much but it stopped working for over 6 months and once this was fixed, they are trying to say this is an upgrade to their facilities but this is maintenance not upgrade! The company wants to put up their prices for members but no change in facilities and not only that they over book so the swimming pool area becomes unsafe and no one can move around to relax or chill out after long day at work or just to relax time away from the world but its happened that many times, the company isnt bothered, kids going into the jacuzzi and their parents allowing this but the staff from wave and spa did nothing about it, putting on classes at times where people finish work and want to work out but cannot because the class has taken over the pool. Nearly 2 weeks ive requested my contract but still nothing. One more thing about the steam room, it has so many missing tiles and underneath where the tiles was stuck to is now visible for over 1 year 4 months and not made any repairs to it and people are breathing this in as well. You are also wanting to charge long time members nearly 800£ a year for a facility that hasn't improved much at all. I am very disappointed in this facilities as this is where I started my weight loss journey and had met alot of nice members that are supportive and helpful.

Caroline 真是太棒了,她给了我有史以来最好的按摩。她非常细心,问的问题恰到好处,认真倾听,非常友善、沉稳,而且技艺精湛。整个酒店也很漂亮干净,这对我来说非常重要。

我们度过了一个美好的夜晚。设施还算不错,也很干净。只是很遗憾泳池周围没有躺椅。如果您预订了水疗套餐,那就没有地方可以坐下来看书或放松一下了。

我给出的是真实评价。我在这里住了 1 年 4 个月。除了男淋浴间因为问题太多需要维修之外,他们从来没做过任何升级。而且,现在男淋浴间里还有霉菌。中间淋浴间的排水管溢水了,他们却把修好坏掉的东西美其名曰“改善设施”。会员们入住一年来,桑拿房的木头都腐烂了,到处都是木刺,很多会员都反映过,现在他们换了木头,就说是设施升级。还有鹅颈喷头也得修,其中一个他们说太贵不肯修,结果坏了六个多月都没法用,修好了,他们又说是设施升级,但这明明是维护,根本不是升级!公司想提高会员费,但设施却没有任何改善。不仅如此,他们还过度预订,导致游泳池区域变得不安全,人们根本无法在漫长的工作日后放松身心,或者只是想远离尘嚣,享受片刻宁静。这种情况已经发生过很多次了,公司却毫不在意。孩子们在按摩浴缸里玩耍,他们的父母也对此视而不见,而Wave and Spa的工作人员却对此置之不理。他们还在人们下班后想锻炼的时候开设课程,结果泳池都被课程占用了,根本无法使用。我催促退还合同已经快两周了,但仍然杳无音信。还有蒸汽房,很多瓷砖都脱落了,一年零四个月过去了,瓷砖下面的残留物都露了出来,却一直没有维修,人们吸入这些残留物,呼吸着难闻的气味。你们还想向长期会员收取每年近800英镑的费用,而设施却几乎没有任何改善。我对这家健身中心非常失望,因为我就是从这里开始我的减肥之旅,并且结识了很多友善、支持和帮助我的会员。
