Disappointing delay on a cold platform

点评：Took the steam train from Bishops Lydeard to Williton and back on the Fish and chip trip, trip out was okay although the carriage was a little dirty but as its run by volunteers that can be excused, enjoyed the trip and the meal & vey atmospheric.
Our issue with the trip was when we went to leave Minehead we were told the engine had broken down with very little info about a replacement at around 3.30pm.
As it was Oct it got very cold and the small cafe was overcrowded with other passengers, we were offered a free tea but to be honest after seeing the staff just fill up the large pot with hot water and no fresh tea bags l didn't have much hope, and l was proved right (awful)
We eventually got home 4 hours late with no real apology, refund or tickets for another trip to rectify a bad experience that hopefully others don't have.
