Really Disappointing !
Champneys Henlow Spa的点评
点评：This is the second review I have left , because for some strange reason my review is not showing up on here.
Me and my wife travelled over 3 hours to this Champneys and we couldn't have been more disappointed.
The whole place needs a revamp - dirty walls throughout - stained carpet throughout the only positive was the young members of staff who were really pleasant and polite.
The Spa its self was unclean and is really just a swimming pool and a very small sauna and an inside jacuzzi and an outside jacuzzi.
The seating is stained and old and needs replacing - its not much different to a village hotel.
The food was average at best and if you want something half decent you have to pay extra towards it.
On our last day we had lunch and picked the Greek salad on, when we had eaten most of it I noticed the leaves moving and on closer inspection we discovered a live caterpillar wiggling around !
That was enough I complained to the manager Jody who was very apologetic and over us a free evening meal and drinks - she also said she would email me to offer us an upgrade on our next stay. ( I am not sure we would stay again to be honest)
I never received the email - really disappointing !
Save your money and go to a proper Spa - that appreciate your custom.

食物顶多只能算一般水平；如果你想要稍微像样点的东西，就得额外付费。
最后一天我们吃了午饭，选了希腊沙拉。当我们吃掉大部分食物后，我注意到叶子在动。凑近一看，我们发现有一条活生生的毛虫正在那里扭动！
这可不行，于是我向经理乔迪投诉。她十分歉意，还为我们免费提供了晚餐和饮料；她还说会发邮件给我，为我们下次入住安排升级服务。（说实话，我不确定我们还会不会再光顾。）
可我一直都没收到那封邮件——真令人失望！
还是省下钱去一家真正懂得珍惜顾客的Spa吧。马克·威廉姆森。
