Positive vibes in beautiful grounds

点评：The good…
Beautiful grounds, waterfall, room was spacious, full bathroom with a bath! buffet lunch, bike hire, Serenity garden, the retreat quiet space, library, conservatory, it was my birthday and they made me a birthday surprise for dessert.

These staff showed good manners, friendliness and patience!
The bad…
Parts of the building need a good dusting (chandeliers, corners, outside windows), sometimes the floor in the restaurant was dirty with crumbs, damp spots on carpets and stains, some outdoor furniture was messed with bird poop so could not be used, strands of hair in the bathroom, Lack of staff on the reception desk
Just ok…

The building is like a labyrinth and takes a while to get used to the layout and shortcuts which are not very clearly signed.
Feedback
To keep a sense of luxury staff should smile and greet guests around the building
Restaurant staff & cleaners- long hair should be styled in a bun with a hair net for hygiene (also adds to the look of luxury)
Main reception - minimum of 3 staff needed to cover at any one time so guests are not kept waiting to check in.
Add a drop box for key cards
Create/add to the app booking restaurant times and fitness classes. constantly going to the main/fitness desk to book in was a huge time-wasting task!
Clear signage for cycle routes within the grounds

建筑物的部分区域需要彻底除尘（例如吊灯、角落、外窗），餐厅的地板有时会沾满碎屑，地毯上有潮湿的痕迹和污渍，一些户外家具沾有鸟粪，无法使用，卫生间里有头发，前台人手不足。

这栋建筑就像一个迷宫，需要一段时间才能熟悉布局和捷径，而且指示牌也不够清晰。
建议
为了保持奢华感，员工应该面带微笑，在建筑内主动问候客人。
餐厅员工和清洁人员——长发应该用发网盘成发髻，以保持卫生（这也有助于提升奢华感）。
主接待处——任何时候至少需要3名员工值班，以免客人长时间等待办理入住。
增加房卡投递箱。
在应用程序中创建/添加餐厅预订时间和健身课程的功能。频繁前往前台/健身房办理登记手续实在太浪费时间了！
园区内自行车道的指示牌不够清晰。
