A most unprofessional company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

点评：Absolutely shocking company .
Highly unprofessional and rude to customers.
We booked to do the river trip to Silves on the 25Sep 2025 ( Thursday) .
We were told to be at the kiosk desk at 13:00 for a 13:30 launch .
This is where the whole mess began.
At 1300 we were told - go next door and have a drink come back by 1330 . We did this .
At 1400 we were still waiting on the dock for the boat to arrive. No sign of a boat. When enquiring about what happening we were told - oh it's the tides ' they are unpredictable. ( are you kidding me - there are things called tide tables ..) at 14:30 after enquiring again- this time we were told - boat needs to refuel . More people still arriving at 14:15 for the same 1330 trip.
At no time did this useless company bother to tell us or the rest of the people waiting the reason for the delays .- they were actually avoiding speaking to people waiting all while try to sell more tickets. Totally unprofessional behavior on behalf of a charter operator.
Eventually I demanded the " complaints book " they refused to give it to me , denied even knowing what this is .
At one point I was even told to F -off and stop bothering them by an agressive member of their staff when I kept pushing for the complaints book.
Eventually at 1430 one boat arrives . And then a second boat.
We Eventually left the dock at 14:40
Might i add as a side note that the life vests they had given us had the inflation cylinders hidden inside of the vests . ( so basically useless in the event of needing them unless you had prior knowledge on how they work ) No safety brief was given .
No appolgies for delayed departure time. - that possibility resulted in people having their afternoon/ evening plans messed up.
A highly unprofessional company that i would not reccomended anyone using .

这家无能的公司从来没告诉我们或其他候船的人延误的原因——他们实际上是在回避与候船的人交谈，同时试图卖出更多船票。作为一家包船公司，这种行为完全不专业。
最后，我要求他们提供“投诉簿”，但他们拒绝给我，甚至说他们不知道这是什么。
有一次，当我继续要求提供投诉簿时，他们甚至还被一名咄咄逼人的员工骂得滚蛋，别再烦他们了。
最终，在14:30，一艘船到了。然后是第二艘船。
我们最终在14:40离开了码头。
我得补充一点，他们给我们的救生衣里藏着充气瓶。 （所以，除非你事先了解它们的工作原理，否则在需要它们时基本上毫无用处）没有提供任何安全简报。
没有为延迟起飞道歉。——这种可能性导致人们下午/晚上的计划被打乱。
这家公司非常不专业，我不会推荐任何人使用。
