Spa at Hatherley Manor的点评
点评：Unfortunately, I came away so disappointed. Firstly, my itinerary said arrival at 1pm, lunch at 1pm. I was told to complete my lunch order and then go and enjoy the spa. I asked what to expect in sitting to eat my lunch and I was told tk wait 25 or 30 minutes then find my table with my name on it. After 25 minutes I went to buy a drink and asked if I should wait for my lunch or someone will find me, the lady said she didnt know as she started her shift. I then went back 10 minutes later and sat at a table with my name on it. My sandwhich arrived and it was mediocre with what I assume was a garnish of rocket and not a salad. I ordered extra fries and was told that would arrive soon. I finished my sandwich (slowly) and still hadnt arrived. Worth noting that my lunch was included in my oackage but my sandwich was priced at £10.50! When they did arrive I had to be quick to ask the lady for sauce and that was their inconvenience. No one asked me at any point if everything was okay, to give me the opportunity to say it wasnt. By the time that was all done I went back to the spa a little after 2pm, my treatment was at 3pm. I really didn't feel I could relax. My treatment itself was okay, I've had lots of experiences of treatments and this was not great. I was kept waiting for nearly 5 minutes before it started on the table and treatment was 50 minutes. The whole treatment, the movements felt rushed. I then had access to the spa until 5pm. The whole day it was busy with people, especially the start of the afternoon. The ladies changing room is really small, woman in there themselves were talking about how cramped it was. I would certainly consider that it was not value for money at all and given I am seldom able to have anytime away, I am so disappointed in my experience and how much it cost. It is my local spa, so its such a shame as I wouldnt return and I wouldnt recommend.
翻译：很遗憾，我这次体验非常失望。首先，我的行程单上写着下午1点到达，1点午餐。我被告知先点好午餐，然后去享受水疗。我问午餐需要等待多久，被告知要等25到30分钟，然后找到写着我名字的桌子。25分钟后，我去买饮料，问服务员我是应该继续等午餐还是会有人来找我，她说她不知道，因为她刚开始上班。10分钟后，我回到餐厅，坐到了写着我名字的桌子旁。我的三明治上来了，味道一般，上面点缀的好像是芝麻菜，而不是沙拉。我又点了一份薯条，服务员说马上就来。我慢慢地吃完了三明治，薯条却还没上。值得一提的是，我的午餐是包含在套餐里的，但是我的三明治竟然要10.50英镑！他们终于来了，我不得不赶紧向那位女士要酱料，这让他们很不方便。全程没有人问我是否一切都好，让我有机会说“不好”。等一切都办完，我下午两点多才回到水疗中心，我的护理是三点。我感觉自己根本无法放松。护理本身还可以，我做过很多护理，这次的体验并不好。我在护理床上等了将近五分钟才开始，而整个护理过程长达五十分钟。整个护理过程，包括动作，都感觉很匆忙。之后我可以使用水疗中心直到下午五点。一整天都很忙，尤其是下午刚开始的时候。女士更衣室非常小，里面的女士们都在抱怨空间拥挤。我绝对认为这次体验完全不值这个价，考虑到我很少有时间度假，我对这次的体验和价格都非常失望。这是我的本地水疗中心，所以非常可惜，我不会再去了，也不会推荐给别人。
