Spa at Hatherley Manor的点评
点评：From start to finish the whole stay was rather disappointing. The staff that is employed is very inexperienced and unprofessional (which would be fine at the £40 per night “Days inn” establishments but not in “4 star” spa hotel that cost us £317 ) the dinning room looked like something from Whetherspoons with tea/coffe cups left on the table for the duration of the meal, dirty seats and overall air of cheap pub ( not what we hoped for for Easter Sunday lunch )
Although the room was pleasant and clean we found the corridor in terrible mess whiles the house keeping staff clean the other rooms. Rather than putting dirty towels/ etc strait away in the laundry bags it was everywhere for over two hours . We had to dodge other people’s dirty plates / towels on the floor to get to our from.
Not a nice experience.
Spa personel although friendly can’t really deliver “real” beauty treatment , my £50 simply pedicure was nothing more than a nail polish and a weak foot massage, no dead ski was removed etc.
But the absolute final thing that compelled me to write this review was a member of the spa mopping floors with the same towels they provided guest with .
Over all not the “special” Easter weekend I had planned with my family
