点评：The Spa on first looks seems nice however it does not feel luxury at all.
The showers were either nuclear or freezing. The one in the SPA area was not working. The jacuzzi was not full enough to cover the jets and the Canon jets were not working. There was a lot of foam - indicating that it was not clean - or needed more chemicals to clear it. The pool was quite cold and a little murky coloured.
There was a lot of water on the floor and we saw someone slip over. To be honest the infrastructure is all there but it needs a really good clean (try being in the pool and looking at all the dirt under the loungers). The staff should be cleaning properly every hour.
In the changing rooms the provided hair/body washes are really hard to use and there is very little space to get changed. They seem to over book - it so it's hard to get a locker (or a lounger) and some were not working. The robes felt good quality but the towels are so thin that once you have sat on them for a bit after the pool they are soaked and you have to go get another (they only let you have one). The treatments are good but the therapist spoke a lot - wasn't a relaxing feeling.
All in all wouldn't go again - maybe the staff need to visit local spas (The Square at Chipping Camden/Dormy House) to see how things should be done.
