Your worst transportation choice

点评：I have been traveling every month since 2024 using Jett buses, and honestly, it has been the worst transportation experience. Unfortunately, it’s still the only public transportation option available, and all other alternatives are extremely expensive.
Here are the issues I repeatedly face with Jett:
Unfair delays: The bus often stops or waits for specific people who couldn’t catch the bus on time. But if you are just two minutes late, the call center will tell you, “Our buses always move on time.” Clearly, this rule doesn’t apply to everyone.
Constant technical problems: I’m writing this review right now while stuck on a bus that broke down, the sixth time in one year this has happened. We are waiting for an hour for another bus to come. Please fix your buses or renew them.
VIP service that is not VIP: I booked a VIP trip from Amman to Aqaba, and the bus broke down almost at the Airport Street. The replacement bus was nothing like the VIP one, and not even an apology or refund was offered to the passengers.
Rahhal app is useless: The app rarely works. When you call the call center, they simply tell you to book from the nearest office, defeating the whole purpose of having an app.
No seating order and zero management: Many times the bus is chaotic. People don’t sit in their assigned seats. When you complain, the assistant tries to give you any seat instead of your actual seat number. And in many cases, there is no assistant at all to help.
I have countless stories from my trips with Jett over the years, and it’s honestly exhausting. I truly hope another transportation company opens soon. Until then, I will keep searching for other options, even at a higher price.
My time is valuable, and Jett has shown over and over again that it does not respect or value its passengers’ time.
