My favorite brewery in Brazil.

点评：This place is not just a brewery, it is a destination. Nested in the beautiful Fazenda Santa Terezinha in the beautiful mountain region of Serra da Mantiqueira in the quaint town of Paraisopolis in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
Founded in 2015, following a century old family tradition since 1915. They grow and produce some of the most amazing coffee, they have a world class restaurant with a lot of the food cultivated in the farm and focusing on local ingredients for a great farm-to-table experience.They also have a distillery where they produce some great local liqueur.
Building community is also a major role they take seriously, they also run the a school for the local kids, called Semente ZalaZ, which they started during the pandemic.
And last but not least, they throw some of the best parties, they produce a few during the year, being one the most exciting the Primavera ZalaZ in honor of the Spring Equinox with great music, food and of course beers.
I highly recommend putting this place on your must visit whenever you are traveling to Brazil.
