Extremely disappointing experience – money seems to come before customer care.

点评：I paid £100 in full for a hyperbaric chamber treatment and attended my appointment as booked. I entered the chamber, but before the treatment had properly begun, I experienced severe pressure and pain in my ears and head. It became so uncomfortable that I genuinely felt as though my head was going to explode, and I did not feel able to safely continue. I therefore had to leave the chamber.
What I found particularly appalling was the owner’s response. I was told that I “should have just carried on” and used the oxygen mask. In my view, a customer experiencing severe pain and feeling unable to continue should not be pressured to carry on simply so that a paid treatment can go ahead.
The treatment was not effectively completed, yet the owner has refused to provide any refund. I even offered what I consider to be a very reasonable compromise — £70 back from the £100 paid, allowing the business to retain £30 for any costs incurred.
The way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. I felt that the priority was keeping the money rather than fairly dealing with a customer who had been unable to continue due to significant pain and pressure.
