点评：I have enjoyed your company and its products and have visited your establishments. I love to support local businesses.
Unfortunately, Logan your employees serve disrespect and you allow it to continue.
I entered your new establishment today and our initial server Carrie a blond woman served us she was super friendly very knowledgeable on the menu, offered me some history about your company she gave great recommendations on the menu.
Then for some reason Another server dark haired person Lindsey came to our table while we were mid conversation , plopped the Interac machine on the table printed out our bill and looked me dead eyed and asked for payment. She then went to the next table offered them further services.
When we brought this concern to Carrie and asked to speak to a manager. Logan came to the table. He acted as though he heard what I was saying about being disrespected by his employee. He made excuses and apologized and offered $25 gift certificates and a free pint.
Logan you missed the point!! Disrespect is being served without your knowledge and instead of holding your employee accountable and engaging in a conversation you chose to throw free product.
You had many choices today Logan and you chose to allow an employee be disrespectful and you never held her accountable.
Save your free products and lack of accountability for someone else!! Your trough is poison you serve disrespect and try to cover it with freeness.
I’d rather 💩in my hand a clap than to ever return to an establishment that allows Karen employees to behave in that manner!!!

洛根，你没抓住重点！！漠视和尊重问题正在你毫不知情的情况下发生着，可你非但没有追究员工的责任、与之进行沟通，反而选择赠送免费产品。
今天你有很多选择，洛根，可你却任由员工表现出不尊重的行为，也从未让她承担任何责任。
把那些免费产品和不负责任的态度留给别人吧！！你们提供的服务就是毒药——毫无尊重可言，还试图用所谓的“热情服务”来掩饰这一点。
我宁愿手里拿着粪便然后拍手庆祝，也绝不会再光顾那种任由无礼员工肆意妄为的店铺！！
改进吧！！以后我再也不会给你们花钱或提供支持啦！
