点评:Similar to other people on here- I received good communication from indeep at first and they gave me clear instructions about the trip I had booked and reminded me of packing list etc which was helpful.
The day before our trip we were emailed to inform us that the trip had been cancelled due to weather - which I understand is out of everyone's control.
We were ofcourse disappointed and with less than 24 hrs notice we couldn't rearrange our travel plans, hotel or annual leave but these things happen.
We were offered some alternative dates over the next two months but as they are all on weekdays (which are obviously very difficult leave-wise with 6 people) - we requested a refund instead.
My main issue is that we were not reminded at this point that there was a £20 PER PERSON admin fee if the trip was cancelled because of weather and not able to be rearranged.
In fairness this had been on the T&C's but having signed them 6 months previously, I had obviously forgotten.
At this point I also already frustrated because there had been a problem getting my refund back to me which indeep kept telling me was because I was making an error. I did end up speaking to a team member who was very friendly and helped me resolve this but still told me that I had made a error with my account details when I can see from my email chain that I hadn't. And then when I received the refund it was £120 short of what I'd paid.
Overall £120 admin fee for one booking seems absolutely ridiculous so I would recommend booking with caution because I can see that other people have had similar problems with getting trips rearranged and no real appreciation from indeep of how difficult it is for people to rearrange week-day trips at short notice.
