When I requested help with a missed connection caused by a delay, I was told to deal with it myself rather than receiving any support or guidance. The accommodations provided were not as described—dirty rooms, uncomfortable beds, and poor service. It became clear that Berrios Travel prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.
Additionally, their responsiveness was slow, and their staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. I attempted to escalate my concerns, but my complaints went unanswered. The entire experience left me feeling disappointed and ripped off.
