点评:Fabulous time. Of course I was a little nervous as to what to expect (we all were), but Alison quickly put our minds at rest. Great hypnotherapy/cognitive therapy to see where fear of heights might have come from, and to speak the truth into those areas. Then meditation was great, again correcting thinking that wasn't helpful, with some truth! Not intense or weird, just relaxed and effective. Given recording to listen to daily for 21 days, to create new and positive pathways in the brain.
In the afternoon, was slightly nervous but it was fine. Lovely trainers who soon put you at ease, and felt more in control/positive due to the morning session. Everything we did was gradual, starting with small challenges, learning techniques and building up slowly. And all your choice what you did or didn't do. Lovely encouraging trainers with no pressure at all. Final day was amazing- beautiful scenery, lots of different activities to try (or not). Focus on what is a stretch for you, but not too much. So you always have a positive experience. Everyone was nervous at first at the start of the weekend, so you know youre not alone. All with things wr found esp scary, but during the weekend we grew in confidence and all did amazing things! Super photos and friends to treasure for a long time.
Am inspired to keep challenging myself in all areas of life. So empowered by the course, I wholeheartedly recommend it!
