点评:Booked a day boat. A week before we were due on the trip, we were contacted to say the engine had blown. We were offered another boat but we had to rearrange the date, which when there a few of you, it can be difficult. Couldn’t facilitate the dates so we requested a refund. We were told it would be in the account the next day. Well after a week of waiting we chased this again. We were informed Ria has to deal with this request and as she was not in that day the staff member chased by email. Apparently Ria does this to all customers requesting a refund. She explained in her email she was busy and would process it soon. She said she delayed the refund in case we changed our mind??? On researching, I understand the other company she is managing has gone into liquidation. I wonder why.
