点评:I live close by, so I have been skiing Sunapee since 2000. This had always been a small but wonderful place to ski with the family with well groomed trails and good service throughout. NO MORE. Vail bought it and since then it has become impossible to actually talk to anyone about the management of passes or any other concern. The local employees are wonderful, but the business end is horrible. They have automatic settings on your account and no one can help correct them, much less the people outside the country who answer the phone with the familiar "let me help you with that one". They don't! And though they promise to have a supervisor call back, it never happens. No local person on the mountain has any authority to help with ski passes or any business concern. Today, I have spent a total of four hours on the phone and on chat trying to correct a problem that was generated by their system months ago and that they had promised it was all fixed. It wasn't, and I got charged for a family member who isn't even in the country! I'm still waiting for the phantom manager to call...
