American Airlines Admirals Club的点评
点评：The lounge itself is nice, but the woman at the front desk is shockingly disrespectful. My elderly father was traveling first class internationally for a cancer presentation and not only did they not allow him in, they were extremely rude and brushed him aside. He had just gone through a 12 hr flight and was heading into another 5 hr flight, which was significantly delayed. We really wanted him to get some rest and to sort out the lounge situation. My spouse and I called to clarify the situation, and staff talked to us for less than a minute before brushing us off. We contacted an AA agent and they said with his first class ticket, there is no reason they shouldn’t let him in. There was a lot of conflicting information, and before we could figure out what was going on, the front desk acted like we were a waste of time and started ignoring us. We were just expecting some basic decency, but none was shown. She refused to give me her name, probably because she doesn’t want to get in trouble. We are very disappointed in the AA SFO lounge front desk.
