点评:I have been on many cruises but this was my first cruise with the Costa line. I have to say this was the worst cruise I have ever been on. My husband and I decided to take a cruise for the holidays and it was anything but relaxing. The cruise was packed with people. The majority of the passengers were Italian. This by the way is an Italian cruise line and everything is geared towards the Italian passengers.
There is very little English spoken and customer service is deplorable. In fact, most of the time you cannot even reach customer service. The rudeness and unhelpful environment of the staff was like no other cruise I have eve been on. They changed our excursions without notification, they did not re-book us most of the time and the one they did re-book they charged us twice for it and never refunded the original more expensive excursion.
If you are looking for good food that arrives to your table at least warm don't choose this line. All of our meals arrived sub-pare almost cold. When the staff was told that the food was cold they did not care and just walked away. No one offered to replace the sub-pare food with food that was eatable. This ship is like a human cattle drive. When food was present they drove towards the dining areas and they did not care who they ran over. I had to dodge people right and left. If you are looking for a place to sit in the dining area good luck, if you ask staff for help they just shrug their shoulders and turn around not helpful or accommodating at all. There is nothing about this ship that is accommodating to the customer. I cannot site one good experience in 7 days on this awful cruise line. I can only say I give this cruise line a big ZERO!
