Odeon Cinema Silverlink的点评
点评：I have not attended the Cinema for a while, mainly due to time and rising costs. only just paid off the secured loan i had to take out last visit.
It has got worse, id actually go as far to say Odeon do not care, you cant deal with real people you have to queue to use an Argos machine, to order your food.
Then when you are there only 15mins early the miserable bloke tells you that you are "far too early" and will be waiting.
Good job because i was waiting on the food Lotto ran by 2 kids who looked like they didn't care less and honestly why would they having to work a horrible job on a Sunday night with no real human interaction other than shouting numbers.
I then went to get my fizzy drink because of course you have to serve yourself and my options, flat coke zero or flat diet coke nothing else, not even ice.
to top it off we were standing outside the doors while two blokes kept taking turns of going in and out empty handed saying it wont be long...it was long.
Then whilst waiting one of the young lads knocked a customer popcorn on the floor not an issue he replaced it but he didn't clean it up, making the next 6 customer trod through the popcorn, my wife asked where i was going, i actually went to look for a brush to clean it up myself. I couldn't find one but 10mins later someone finally cleaned up.
If you are going to charge people an arm and a leg, at least give them a decent experience whilst they are at your business.
The place was a mess, the people working there didn't care, they are only hired because Odeon haven't yet found a way to replace them with machines oh and the nachos were rank!

就在等待的时候，有个年轻伙计把一位顾客的爆米花弄到了地上。他虽然重新给顾客换了份爆米花，却没把弄脏的地面清理干净，结果接下来的6位顾客都踩过了那些爆米花。我妻子问我要去哪儿，其实我是去找把扫帚，想自己把地面清理干净。我怎么也找不到人来打扫，但10分钟后终于有人来清理了。
既然要向顾客收取高价，至少得让他们在店里享受到应有的服务体验吧。
整个地方一团糟，工作人员也漠不关心；他们能被雇佣纯粹是因为Odeon还没找到能用机器取代他们的方法。哦，还有，那里的玉米片难吃至极！
