Desperately disappointing experience

点评：We went on Saturday evening, for a pre booked meal . It was ordered Months in advance and were left desperately disappointed in the service and the catering it was probably the worst I have experienced in the UK . Having pre booked a set menu of Cumberland sausage and mash , chicken curry, and vegetarian option. The meager portion on mash was smaller than one icecream scoop and the Cumberland sausage was reduced to 3 weeee Willy winkie sausages. Absolutely no hint of Cumberland sausage about it. Served with bistro gravy which was freezing. The curry was even more laughable. As there was two batches of curry. Which inconsistency the like that I have never seen before In a pre ordered curry. One batch was drier than the Sahara dessert , showing similarity to a 14 day old slow cooked piece of chicken . The other was the polar opposite and needed a diving helmet and slide to navigate to the chicken. As for the service . When we asked for my daughter’s potato smash to be warmed in the microwave it was received with utter disdain, And revolt. I highly suggest if looking to eat that you choose a time that members are in attendance. As I am sure that paying members would be disgusted in how we were catered for this evening. Just for information on the pricing. £17 per head for drivel. Avoid at all costs 🤢 Laughable
