点评:I have visited this establishment more times than I can count. Each time the customer service gets worse. Last night was no exception. It started from the moment I arrived when the workers out front had no idea what they were doing. They kept giving false information to everyone that arrived. He then explained what was going on and that no one out front seemed to know what they were doing. He then asked that someone contact the workers and explain to them the policy. Needless to say, they allowed everyone in at 5:30. The incompetence continued once inside the venue. The only difference is that rude, overbearing staff added to their incompetence. They refused to allow entrance at 6:30 like I was supposed to be able to get in via the fan club. Instead, I was told to wait in the GA line since I wasn’t VIP. After trying to explain and show them my wristband, they were still relentless. I even attempted to show them my receipt in my email with the package listed and photos of my “swag” that I had on my phone. The entire experience with the staff left me feeling like I do not ever want to return to that venue. I felt singled out and humiliated. Customer service goes a long way. Although the night ended on a great note, I still woke up this morning feeling saddened by what transpired. The group of staff members single handedly decided to turn what should have been a cool experience into an extremely overwhelming and stressful one.
