Terrible Experience for anyone that has been on a track

点评：This is the smallest track and overall time of any events similar to this I have experienced across the country. 1.2 miles and an outlap that the instructor forces a mandatory crawl equates to 4. No mirrors and a threat of grabbing the steering wheel. Insane. Iive never once had the mirrors flipped so they cannot be used - I don't trust someone I don't know and it's dangerous to grab the wheel. No manuals allowed, all PDK / DCT
To get more revenue they have drivers of all levels, up to 5 total on my laps, which absolutely ruined the event. My driving instructor talked so much that it literally gives me a headache watching a replay. Instructor was rude and overly aggressive at everything. Speaking on absolutely every moment, from shift points (where PDK sport on a GT3 is somehow not allowed, shocking. Instructor contradicted himself twice , yelling orders on the appropriate gear in turns, condescending the entire time.
The cars are track cars and I was repeatedly told to shift well out of the powrband where on a 991.2 GT3 RS that there is no point shifting above 8k. I suppose my instructor has never watched a single IMSA GT3, SCCA, Lemans, yes they all shift around 8650 - yet I was told that it doesn't make power? Exits at 3200 ina GT3, again wrong.
Overall if you want an instructor that lets you drive , this is not the place. If you've never been on a track and don't mind passing cars multiple times in a lap, maybe this is fun. Lap.times are posted which is frustrating when you know 5-10 seconds are lost waiting to pass. For anyone that has a supercar, track car , spent time in HPDE - don't bother, terrible experience. If it's free and you want to be told for 4 laps what a red marker is and a green marker is every lap, this is your place..they should just have base 991 with a stupid wing and fake logos, maybe that would save them money.

总的来说，如果你想要一位允许你自由驾驶的教练，这里并不是合适之选。如果你从未上过赛道，也不介意在一圈中多次超越其他车辆，或许这会挺有趣的。赛道上会公布各车的单圈时间，但当你知道为了超车要浪费5到10秒的等待时间时，这种做法就相当令人沮丧了。对于拥有超级跑车或专业赛道车、且有过参与赛车教学活动经历的人来说——完全不值得尝试，体验极差。如果这场活动是免费的，且你乐意听工作人员每一圈都讲解什么是红色标识、什么是绿色标识的话，那这里倒是适合你……他们真该直接提供一辆装有夸张尾翼和假车标的基础款991就好了。也许那样能帮他们省钱。
