National Express - UK Coach的点评
点评：I booked a ticket on a national express coach from Heathrow to Brighton.
Due to a war breaking out in the Middle East my flight failed to occur. Hence,me not making the coach.
I tried to get a revised coach ticket once a definate flight schedule had been secured. Whilst the airline seem to be helpful to rebook me at no further expense national express dont give a damn and refuse to honour the booking. There are caveats in their booking but the nature of me failing to make the coach were way beyond my control. The precise language used should a coach fail to arrive and guess what? No refund for passengers. A case of double standards if ever there was.
I am still awaiting a flight home and one thing is certain I WILL NOT be rebooking a national express coach. The company took the fare and refused to rebook me. They even sent me a survey on how was my trip with them. Quite clearly they just dont care. I WILL NEVER BOOK ANOTHER NATIONAL EXPRESS COACH.
