点评：This was the most traumatic experience I’ve ever had on vacation. My family and I went on the clear kayak tour this past Wednesday. The tow to the mangroves was fine for the most part. When we got to the part where you start kayaking on your own we discovered one of the kayaks had took on water due to a leak. Those two people had to go back to the dock and did not get to finish the tour. We were supposed to get a refund but have not received it yet. Then on the way back another kayak was damaged which resulted in the shifting around of partners. The person that the guides placed me in the kayak with and my weight combined resulted in the kayak being too heavy. We told the guides that we were taking on water and we did stop to pour water out of the kayak. As we continued the tow back the kayak started to take on water again. We expressed multiple times that the kayak started to take on water again and we were ignored. My kayak took on so much water that it sank in the middle of extremely deep water. This caused not only trauma for me but for my family as well. I emailed the company to inform them of what happened and they told me they would not issue a refund. Their reasoning was that we were sitting in the kayak incorrectly and we insisted on being in the kayak together. Both statements are completely false and the rest of my family can attest to that. So, on top of not being cooperative by issuing a refund, they are liars.
