We serve USDA Prime steaks, the top 3% of all U.S Beef. Our steaks are hand selected, trimmed to our specifications and then wet aged for at least 28 days. Our dry aged cuts are aged an additional 30 days resulting in a richer, more complex flavor profile. Steaks are served with one freshly made side.
