Celebrating its 90th Anniversary, the Mayflower Park Hotel started life as the Bergonian Hotel on July 16, 1927 and has been in continuous operation ever since. One of Seattle's fist 'uptown' hotels, it took six months to build and was named after owner Stephen Berg and his love of the newspaper, the Oregonian. In salute to our hotel and the many guests we have been privileged to serve, we present The Bergonian cocktail.
