The espresso was complex, infinitely drinkable, and overall fantastic. Each time I have been Coava has featured two options for espresso. I think (but am not sure) that they rotate them regularly too. The Chemex was also great, and the metal filter adds to mouthfeel....更多
Coava is a coffee-lover's utopia, and a bamboo-lover's utopia at the same time. The space is sparsely furnished, and was busy even in mid-afternoon after the lunch rush. The staff take their time with your coffee, so be prepared to wait a few minutes for...更多

We visited the shop based on articles written in the Oregonian and were glad we did. Very little signage on the exterior and the windows also host the name of the bamboo furniture shop that they share the space with. The interior space is cavernous...更多
A cool coffee shop combined with a bamboo furniture workshop - interesting combination. The coffee was pricey but amazingly good; we tried several espressos from different suppliers and also bought some beans which make a great brew at home as well.
