This place is awesome. I travel all over the state and this is one of the best Chinese restaurants I have tried. Got Mongolian beef, rice and crab puffs. It rocked!

When one steps inside one is immediately struck with the upscale, "Chinese elegant" décor and ambiance. A "giant leap" upwards from the average. The staff is very friendly, and very attentive. Went to Kum Yons today to have lunch with my daughter. The atmosphere was relaxed but more on the upscale side. The staff is very friendly. The place was very busy today with several large groups. The food was still served fresh and hot. Tea was kept refreshed. One of our favorite places to share s meal and catch up.
Everything was expertly prepared. Our server was right on in anticipating our needs. The tempura appetizer was excellent. I loved the hearty hot sweet and sour soup, for my taste I added a little soy sauce. The four of us really enjoyed each main course. The freshness of the ingredients really came through.
