Bruno's had good pizza and pasta but no atmosphere. None. It has a neon sign from the 50s, and feels like a trip back in time.
I am a little biased about this place. I have been coming here since I was a kid. We use to stand on the stairs and watch Gene flip the dough over his head as he made the pizzas (now you can watch his son do it!) Then we'd snag quarters and play songs on the jukebox or buy chicklets... 更多
I have been going to Bruno's since the 70s and have never been disappointed. That's a lot of pizza! I got my husband hooked when we were dating and then the now adult children. When the daughter from Charleston visits it is always on her list of restaurants to visit! Juanita & company do a great job keeping Gino's legacy... 更多
Been coming here with my family all my life. Family owned business. Pizzas and meatballs are made from scratch. (You can watch them toss the pizza dough!) They haven't redecorated since the 70s and the menu is pretty basic, but it'll always be a personal fave.
