Visited here on recommendation from a local. Pulled up and thought it would be a very quaint little spot - which it was. Just not as clean as I thought it should be. It's just a small, house with some tables to places throughout. I had a shrimp poboy and onion rings which were ok. Wife had the hamburger steak,... 更多
After reading many of the reviews, we were looking forward to visiting Rita Mae's for a good Creole-style dinner. We came away with mixed emotions...pleasantly surprised and terribly disappointed. My husband ordered from the day's specials, I ordered from the menu. He had Gumbo and fried fish with potato salad. I ordered the grilled pork chop with white beans and... 更多

It takes a bit of effort to find Rita's but you'll get there. The restaurant is... 更多
Small, welcoming building with old style charm. Yes, it was not fancy but I was treated well and completely enjoyed the whole experience. Home cooking. The best grilled shrimp I've ever had. Spicy enough to keep you wanting more, but not so spicy that I backed off. Don't forget to grab a bag of Pralines on the way out.
A whole bunch of love and good food are packed into this tiny restaurant! Everything coming out of the kitchen looked GREAT and for SURE the catfish poorboy I had was DELICIOUS! Will definitely return for gumbo and some sweet potatoe pie!
We had dinner here based on the reviews. Old family house, bit dirty and around 6-8 tables. No alcohol served. Food was good but simple, price, around 10 USD per person was okay. People are nice and parking is no problem.
The daily specials are the way to go! Food was excellent, service was excellent, and the atmosphere was spot on! Hoping for an excuse to stop by in one day soon. :)
