I think you pay for the ambiance at this restaurant. The food is fair and the portions are small. I don't mind splurging a little bit for a fancy meal, but when you leave hungry, that's not good. Healthier portions for big men!
Service was great. Bar tender/server was fantastic. Food was ok. I was happy with the capreese salad cheese and tomatoes but the balsamic needed more strength. The wine was just not right. Took our in-laws here for Sunday brunch and wished we hadn't! This place has really gone downhill. There were only two other tables with guests when we arrived, and three waiters. I tried this place several times and they never ceased to disappoint. Won't ever be going there again. They were good for about 5 min when a chef from NYC moved here and was in the kitchen. Apparently creative difficulties caused him to leave and they went right back to sucking.
For the prices, this place is surprisingly average. The service was good, but the food was disappointing. I got the blackened grouper, which was barely blackened and tasted like nothing but lemon juice.
