The service was very good on a busy Saturday night before Easter. I had Mongolian Lamb, my husband had Mongolian Beef. Excellent. We took home a quart of Hot and Sour soup. Very yummy.
I reviewed this restaurant a few months ago and was not impressed. However, I tried it again recently and I must say my overall impression is better. We were a group of six for lunch. The prix Fix lunch menu was impressive in that it had a lot of menu selections and the prices were very reasonable. The food came... 更多
I recently went back to eat at this very popular Chinese restaurant that recently reopen after expanding to an adjoining space and underwent a complete renovation. What was a cozy dining room with decor that was a mixed bag of gaudy decor with a French twist is now a poor rendition casual minimalist modern decor. But its attempt at trying... 更多
We visited Royal China for dinner on a Thursday evening and found it to be busy but we were seated very soon after arriving. We shared Mongolian Beef and Chicken Chow Mein. I would recommend you try either of these. They were both very tasty and delicious. We were surprised to find a wine list that carried much better wines... 更多
Always the best tastes in Chinese food. There lunch specials are great. Eggplant w garlic sauce, Mongolian lamb, calamari in garlic sauce. These and more are terrific. They were closed for remodeling and we missed them and their wonderful food. We'll be in soon
My favorite American style Chinese restaurant. Delicious pot stickers, tasty wonton soup, and wonderful fresh veges in all the entrées. The decor is also much nicer than a typical Chinese restaurant, with framed paintings and a romantic atmosphere. It will be closed for remodeling from mid-September to mid-November, though.
I spent $40+ on takeout. Combination fried rice and Combination chow mein........both had little chicken, pork and shrimp. very bland. Sweet and Sour pork, and pork tasted old and tough. Pot stickers, also little flavor in filling. I would have taken all food back, but live 11/2 hours away. I think the oil was old, and needed to be changed.... 更多
Do not expect to find Chinese food equal to some of San Francisco's best, but if you rein in your expectations, Royal China delivers reliably good dishes in a pleasant room. The service is good. It is in a rather obscure mall off Marlow Road, so you might want to check out your GPS or GoogleMap.
If you truly want a fine Chinese food experience, this is the place for you. Yes they have take out. What really makes them shine is the quality of ingredients used, the lack of greasy product, good service and a good cook in the kitchen
