As out of towers, we stumbled upon Japantown and Omogari! Both were gems indeed! Japantown is a vintage, quaint neighborhood tucked in a residential neighborhood in San Jose! It was completely unexpected. We drove down Jackson Street until we agreed on a restaurant...Omogari! It was...更多
Parking is hit or miss. Restaurant is smallish and kinda crowded with tables. Food is pretty good. Lots of spicy choices. We don't recommend the seafood soup, chewy.
We both had bibimbab: one with beef and one with tofu. We loved them both and the same can be said for the appetizers which came along with the main dishes. The service was nice and fast although the place was quite full.
Had the bi bim bap and it was excellent! Soft tofu soup was rated high by my sister. Great taste and restaurant was still busy when we left. People kept coming in. A must try when in San Jose.
Looking for great Korean food - stop in here! But ... not on a Sunday - the family deserves a day off after all so they are closed Sundays. But any other day - the food is fantastic. Love the spicy chicken ... seafood pancake...更多
