Super yummy food decent portion size, nice drinks, fast service and lovely staff. Reasonably priced, clean and very comfortable with beautiful decor.

My wife and I were brought to Oura by our very warm and hospitable Indonesian friends for dinner on a weekday night. From the moment we stepped into this charming restaurant, we were greeted by a warm and inviting ambience, characterised by extremely tasteful decor and nice, chill music for the evening. The menu at Oura is a delightful exploration of rich and diverse flavours that Indonesian and Western cuisine have to offer. Each dish is meticulously prepared with fresh ingredients I could taste. We were introduced to the Bebek dish that was fried to just the right tenderness and I daresay that it is one of the best (if not the best) duck dish I have tasted. The restaurant also served very good bakes and desserts and we really like the croissants (and even brought some home to Singapore which still tasted very good despite eating them a couple of days later!). The service at Oura was also exemplary. The staff were attentive and more than happy to bring us through the menu and make recommendations. Their passion for their cuisine was evident, and their service really enhanced our overall dining experience. In conclusion, Oura is a culinary treasure in Malang that no one should miss. Whether you are a local resident or a visitor exploring the city, this restaurant promises a memorable dining experience. To me, Oura is the top dining destination in Malang and in fact for my entire trip which covered Surabaya as well. My wife and I would really love to visit Oura again!

Very bad service , serving time took very long .. we waited for an hour for just 1 meal .. i don’t get why they need to take that long.. especially for salon meal only… the proportions of our food was weird as well … too much rice but not enough meat .. or too much meat but very little rice .. how they handle this problem is also very bad .. + very pricy for those type of food and service Totally not worth it

1. makanan keluarnya lama banget!!! nunggu 40 menit lebih untuk makanan keluar , selain itu, pelayanannya juga tidak baik dalam nge handle situasi ini.. suruh sabar doang terus ngilang .. tapi makanan ga keluar2 .. kalo orang suruh nunggu 15-20 menit itu masih oke … ini lebih dari 40 menit itu udah kelewatan banget .. kecuali dari awal ada info kalo masaknya bakal lama.. baru masuk akal.. ini lagian yang lama itu salmon teriyaki sambel matah… masa masak gitu doang 40 menit.. saya di yg kerja di dunia f&b + sering masak aja tau salmon ga selama itu yak masaknya… selama” nya juga ga sampe mo sejam 2. porsi makanannya juga jelek banget .. daging gede / banyak.. nasi dikit.. giliran nasi banyak banget.. lauk nya dikit bgt … soup iga jg keasinan .. 3. tolong dong yah.. belajar juga buat mungkin kasi complementary / kasi sesuatu dari kejelekan restaurant .. contoh : customers pada complain, makanan lama dll .. kasi complementary mungkin dari discount / kasi dessert yg gratis / gimana pun… bukan lewat” aja kasi bill .. tanpa maaf .. minta bayar aja pokoknya !! VERY NOT RECOMENDED !! vibes biasa aja .. banyak yg lbih bagus .. pelayanan kurang banget.. makanan b aja .. TOLONG DIPERBAIKI PELAYANAN DAN SERVICE NYA YAH!! terutama jam masak kalian , PORSI makannnya , dan gmn handle nya yah
