房间180度面向大海,整洁干爽,没有海边酒店共同有的潮湿异味。 酒店专用海滩实在是太棒!自己去体会吧! 除了不要去酒店那个亚洲餐厅外(实在把中国美食观给坑大啦)其它的餐厅都不会让你后悔。 虽然说酒店设施不能完全算5星级,但服务品质和餐饮绝对够5星! 还会再来! Thanks Saul Trejo great services!

我和我先生预定Hyatt Ziva的turquoise海景房作为蜜月旅行的开始,体验极差,给一星真的不能再多!因为房间一桌子蚂蚁!录了视频,但无法上传! 1.第一天到达酒店门童带我们到大堂check in,而不是网上说的直接到turquoise楼check in,但这并没有让我感到不妥,只是turquoise前台空无一人让人费解。 2.到达房间后酒店为我们准备了一块蛋糕,然而就是这块蛋糕使整张桌子爬满了蚂蚁,试问谁还敢住到处都是蚂蚁的房间? 3.要求换房间后,大约等了1个多小时,我们才被换到一间充满霉味和烟味的房间,只好再次要求换房,依然等待了1个多小时。 4.第一天就这么被浪费掉后,我认为花那么多钱酒店服务完全没有跟上,非常不值得,于是打电话给总部进行了投诉,对方说明天一早我们就会接到经理给我们的回电。然而一直到第二天10:00我们都没有接到任何电话。下楼到前台请工作人员打给经理,经理接过电话就对我们说,如果使你们不愉快我们可以立刻将你们房间升级到turquoise楼......可是我们订的就是这栋楼的房间啊,可见他们处理问题有多么不用心。 5.接着对方提出把我们换到另一栋楼泳池边的套房......我们提出愿意更换同一栋楼的高层,毕竟安静是我们这次出行的首选,而且这栋楼贵,或者给我们一个spa的优惠也可以。然,无论什么条件她们都不采纳,也不答应,说是客人不满意他们只会将房间升级到turquoise楼,由于我们已经在这栋楼,他们也没有其他能为我们做的,没有任何商量余地...... 6.当场退了后面几天的房间,改订了Nizuc!回到美国我先生发现对方不仅没有将余款退给我们,连之前我们订了却没有用的spa套餐也扣除了,立刻给总部写了email。 7.总部至今没有任何回复,只是这两天将余款如数退还。 我们全程没有遇到真正的管家,接待我们的是代班的小哥,人非常好,有耐心。 住了那么多的Hyatt,坎昆的已经无法用失望两个字来表达,对他们的服务也领教了,真是刮目相看!!!

2019年8月,我们在坎昆凯悦兹瓦酒店参加了一场婚礼。酒店很干净,维护得很好。工作人员很友好,乐于助人。这里的食物就是你所期望的这类度假胜地所能提供的那样。我们这群人中有两个人在信风饭店吃过晚饭后病倒了。两人都吃过沙拉吧里的海鲜,所以我们怀疑这就是原因。我和妻子在绿松石塔有一个房间,如果你没有带孩子一起旅行,这是必须的。Daniel和Gabriel被分配到我们的房间,他们都竭尽所能地为我们服务,满足了我们的每一个要求,并且总是面带微笑。我们还建议在酒店里的Juana Margarita酒吧与龙舌兰酒师David Medin一起品尝龙舌兰酒。David学识渊博,待人友好。

On the other hand, we appreciate you have brought to our attention the unfortunate situation your friends encountered; nevertheless, we would like to highlight there is always a possibility that some raw food, or slightly cooked like seafood, could provoke some stomach complications, especially in more sensitive individuals, but we cannot consider it as a food poisoning, intoxication or outbreak due to bad, unsafe or unhealthy procedures of food handling, preparation or serving, as this is stipulated on our menus and its responsibility of every person who eats this type of food.
