Very nice walk through the city’s and USA’s history. Plenty of stops and shops along the way. Wear comfortable shoes. Walks through little Italy.

We did the Fenway Park tour and so glad we did. My husband had been to a few games but this was my first visit to Boston. I just wanted a photo in front of the stadium but my husband wanted to do the tour. The tour was excellent. Because of HISTORY. LOL!

It was very fun we just, unfortunately, are extremely challenged in the mental department. Thanks to Lyn for really trying to salvage our dignity and help us escape, despite our stupidity. Would recommend.

Best way to rent a kayak for your Cape vacation - they bring it to you and then come back and pick it up. They also have a sweet spot on Scortons Creek where they will literally put the boat in the water and help you ship off. Super friendly and laid back too.

This was my 2nd time back to TreeTop Adventures this summer. Everything there runs so smoothly. The staff are amazing, very friendly and always helping you to choose the correct course. The atmosphere is so good and the trees look so magical with the lights. I had an amazing time with friends, enjoyed the music and had a lot of fun.

There are plenty of reasons the Atwood Museum won the Tripadvisor award. It is a wonderful museum telling the story of Chatham area. The docents are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The exhibits are interesting and extremely well designed. The Gallery Barn contained an amazing exhibition of murals about the community by a local artist. Our hats are off the the volunteers and board of directors who manage, run and maintain this gem of a local museum.

My son wanted to go to the WWII reenactment weekend for his 21st birthday. Tank rides are amazing and the museums have so much information in them. You will need a full day if going on an event weekend.

Fantastic experience! It was our first time ziplining and it was just perfect. Our guides Jo and Izzy were a perfect pair. They encouraged us to have fun and relax, and were very reassuring to these first timers! Jo and Izzy were personable and really engaged the kids. As a mom, I appreciated that the most. My kids loved the experience, and my 15 year old couldn't stop smiling. I expected it to be more difficult than it was, and I was not sore the next day, even though I expected to be. I can't wait to take the family back for another course! Thanks Jo & Izzy!

We went as a family of four on the Family Float Trip. After the initial trepidation of the safety video we were reassured that our trip wasn’t anything like we’d seen! The instructors were excellent - extremely knowledgable about the river and the skills required, and the trip was superb. Despite being the reluctant one in my party about the whole thing, I would heartily recommend this activity and this group to go with. Good cookies at the end too! Thanks Zoar!

Great Museum. We saw the Munch exhibit. They also have a treasure trove of other great art including a number of Renoirs I had never seen before. They have a nice little coffee/lunch area.

If you are in the Cape Ann area and have the opportunity, I recommend a visit the Shalin Liu Performance Center in Rockport, MA. During my stay in Rockport there wasn’t anyone scheduled to perform at the center that I had a great desire to see, but I wanted the experience of watching someone perform on a stage backed by a floor-to-ceiling window looking out on the ocean. There were two 8 pm and one 5 pm performance scheduled during my stay, so I bought tickets to the 5 pm performance so I could take advantage of the view in the (July) daylight hours. However, because the performer wasn’t at the top of my list of people to see, I bought the least expensive tickets and got seats on the left side balcony facing the stage. This was a mistake I would not repeat if I ever return to the Center. The single aisle was so narrow you could barely cross your legs. But what was worse is that the only way I could see the stage was to lean forward in my seat and rest my arms on the railing, which was very uncomfortable. The theatre is beautiful and relatively small and intimate. The view is magnificent. Watching a performer with the ocean waves rolling in the background is mesmerizing. But that was somewhat spoiled for me by the uncomfortable seats. I strongly recommend avoiding this seating area. Intermission was in a room upstairs, which I believe is rented out for events. Drinks and snacks are available for purchase. The bathrooms are also in this area. Watching a performance here is a unique experience that I highly recommend—just get comfortable seats.

My wife and I live in nearby Gloucester, but had never taken an Essex River Cruise. It lasted 1-1/2 hours and took us on a stable, catamaran-type covered boat from the town of Essex, down the river into Essex Bay and back. The personal narration and attention of the crew were excellent. We reserved the only cruise still available on the last weekend of their season in late October. I was skeptical because that was late in the afternoon and at low tide (10-feet), which might make it hard to see over the banks of the river. However, this made for a wonderful cruise; the pre-sunset light was magnificent for photographing birds and landmarks on multiple islands as we made our way downstream. We were quickly out of the narrow channel and into wide landscapes of the Great Marsh. Because it was low tide, we saw many clam diggers at work up close, and local residents landing on temporarily exposed sandbars to set up for private picnics in the late afternoon sun - all only at low tide. Thoroughly enjoyable and a new top recommendatioon for our future guests.

Went with my 2 friends we got there early and they allowed us to go on the earlier tour. Our tour guild was Emily she was great really knew everything about lizzy and family it was very interesting and the house was beautiful. We loved it and would highly recommend this tour !! This was on my bucket list and I would definitely do this again.

There is some good history of radio communications. Learn about call letters and radio history, plus the reason why Chatham was important in that history. A temporary exhibit on transatlantic ferries (tied in radio communications) is good for the non-techie, as the other exhibits were a bit technical. The most fun was seeing an Enigma machine, very similar to the one you'd recognize from the movie Imitation Game. Combine with the French Cable Station in Orleans a few miles away and you'll get a lot of communication history in one day.

Great resource for better understanding the history of America in general and Plymouth in particular. A labor's of love by the owners. Definitely worth a visit!

Beautiful and historic cemetery with the tombs of many famous New Englanders, including Longfellow, Mary Baker Eddy. The grounds are beautiful and there is a visitors center and maps.

Walked part of the trail near the Race Point visitors center. Paths off the road, so safer than biking or walking on the side of a road. Restrooms in back open year-round. Water fountain in front.

It has been 50+ years since we visited New Bedford and we were very pleased to find this new (to us) whaling museum. It is chock full of New Bedford whaling history, including a half-scale whaling ship inside the museum. The exhibits were fascinating, and in many cases, information we had never heard before about the sailors, their ships, and their lives. Although we spent 2.5 hours touring, I am sure we did not see it all. Well worth the trip and the time.

This was very enjoyable. I have never been and didn't know what to expect here. We sat on the main floor which gave us a table to sit at which enabled us to even order food if we wished to. My daughter even brought her own bottle of soda with her as did others.

It’s wonderful here in all seasons. So much to see and learn. Excellent homilies. Good Shepherds everywhere.

Escapology is by far the cleanest, coolest vibe escape room experience I’ve ever been to. Upon entering, I was thrilled to see a great selection of beverages and the decor is outstanding. I won’t give away any details on the room we were in, but it was AMAZING!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Beauport. The docent was very knowledgeable and the interior designs of the house encompassed various times in American history. We learned that Mr. Sleeper was a major influence on Henry DuPont and the development of Winterthur. If you have enjoyed visiting Winterthur, you should pay a visit to Beauport.

Amazing flowers and a beautiful easy walk. Donations are accepted. No pets allowed. You can take nice photos both on the walk and also from the sidewalk looking towards the bridge. Wish trees, bridge and reflection in the water it’s stunning.

NightWood is a must do for anyone who loves nature, light, mediation, music and a romantic walk through the sparkling woods. It is also a welcome respite from the holly, jolly and merry barrage of bright red and green decor that is typical this time of year. It is a magical journey toward, into and through the light.
