点评：I can’t recommend this shuttle service enough! We had a group of 10 people with 13 large suitcases plus carry-ons, so getting everyone to the airport at 3:00 a.m. was no easy task. He went above and beyond by making two trips to make sure our entire group got there safely and on time. Plus he was even early to the hotel to get us.
I was a little hesitant about paying the full amount upfront, and when I explained my concerns, he was incredibly understanding. He let me pay half in advance and the remaining balance when he picked us up, which I really appreciated.
Communication was excellent—he responded to my messages quickly, kept me updated, and was friendly and professional the whole time. He truly went out of his way to accommodate our large group and made what could have been a stressful experience completely smooth.
If you’re looking for reliable transportation with someone who genuinely cares about his customers, I highly recommend booking with him!
